The LRC’s Frankensteined 16-WEEK MARATHON TRAINING PLAN & 14-WEEK HALF MARATHON TRAINING PLAN are here! These are FREE; we won’t take your money, but we will make you love the hell out of running! So go ahead and try out some other paid group then join us at the Libertyville Metra Station on Saturday, June 17th @ 7am for our kick off run to experience something better.

These plans are culled from MY EXPERIENCE utilizing many different training plans over the course of training for and completing 50+ marathons on all terrains in conjunction with actually giving a shit about helping you enjoy the experience. They are guidelines for marathon and half marathon runners and are adaptable to a different race date.
The LRC aligns our Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday group runs to compliment these plans. Gatorade/water will be provided at our Monday & Saturday runs. We will be posting details about each of these runs to our Facebook group page so join HERE if you haven’t already. You are encouraged to participate with the LRC. I cannot understate the power of a positive group training experience. I know, you hated your old run club; this is different.
